The Standards We Stand Behind
We take the responsibility of handling and delivering industrial chemistry seriously. Our operations are held to rigorous safety and compliance standards at every stage, because the customers and industries we serve depend on us to get it right.
We foster a culture where every employee at every level is empowered to identify risk and act on it without hesitation. We continuously evaluate and improve our health, safety, and environmental programs through active field engagement, ensuring our teams are working safely and responsibly.
We invest in safety training across our entire operation. Our programs include comprehensive onboarding for all new employees, safe driver training and vehicle telematics, job safety analysis and hazard assessments, regular safety and toolbox meetings, and robust tracking and reporting systems for incident management.
Effective safety management requires clear, consistent communication. Our leadership team sets and communicates safety goals across the organization, maintains visibility into progress, and creates channels for employee feedback, because the best safety improvements often come from the people doing the work.

From raw material intake through finished goods packaging, our facilities are equipped to handle the full production cycle across a broad range of chemistries, with on-site bulk storage, multiple packaging lines, and quality control throughout.
The Industries We Leave a Mark In
Our chemistries are at work across a wide range of industries. Whether you’re treating produced water or formulating a crop protection product, Tenside has the intermediates, concentrates, and finished products to support your business.
